PDF Caddy started with a single promise: your document never leaves your browser. That promise is printed on every tool page and enforced by automated tests that fail the build if a new tool tries to call the network.
39 of the 50 tools run entirely in-browser. The remaining 11 (compression, OCR, format conversion and a handful of others) need server-side processing and say so clearly before you upload. Locked mode goes further, it sets a Content Security Policy header that makes the browser itself refuse every outbound request, so even a code defect cannot leak your document.
We built it for Indian CA firms who handle sensitive financial documents daily and need to know exactly where those files go. But any professional who would rather not upload client documents to a random website will find it useful.
